Home | What's Happening | Farmers’ Markets in Waterloo Region

Farmers’ markets are abundant in Waterloo Region, and are almost as plentiful as the vegetables, fruits and other products that fill their vendor’s stands! They’re a great way to take home the fresh produce that is plentiful in this area, and an even better way to meet the people responsible for growing your food.

Check out these local Farmers’ Markets, open for the 2020 Summer season:

The Kitchener Market is open Saturdays 7 a.m. – 2 p.m., year-round.

Wilmot Farmers’ Market is open Wednesdays from 5-8 p.m.

Elmira Farmers’ Market is open Saturdays from 8a.m. – 1p.m. May – October

The Cambridge Farmers’ Market is open Saturdays from 7 am – 1 pm year round.

The St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market is Thursdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. During the summer, they add in their Tuesday Market Day, also from 8 am to 3 pm!

North Dumfries Farmers’ Markets: There are several area growers who invite you to stop by and see what they’re offering!

Our Farm Market: KW Habilitation’s Our Farm program hosts a weekly community market that includes locally sourced produce, preserves, artwork, niche vendors and food trucks!

Please note that the Preston Towne Market and the Hespeler Village Market are both closed for the 2020 season.
