Unwind at Cocoon Spathecary
Our adventure began with an indulgent facial and pedicure at Cocoon Spathecary. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a beautifully decorated space that exuded tranquillity. Using locally made and organic products, the facial was a dream. The soothing scents and relaxing techniques left us feeling utterly zen.
The pedicure was just as delightful. Every detail was meticulously attended to, from the precise nail care to the heavenly leg massage that followed. Cocoon Spathecary truly knows how to pamper their guests, and we left feeling refreshed and glowing.
Delight in Dinner at Odd Duck
Next, we headed to Odd Duck | Wine & Provisions for a unique dining experience. This gem of a restaurant uses hyper-local ingredients, serving them up in tapas-style dishes perfect for sharing. The package included a small plate and a big plate each, plus a drink, and we couldnāt wait to see what surprises awaited us on the rotating menu.
Each dish was paired and presented beautifully, making every bite a culinary adventure. The cocktails were a highlight, with Cindy enjoying a fun passion fruit jello shot on top of her drink! The service was impeccable, and we loved that Odd Duck is known for being a living wage employer, so no tipping was needed.
Note: Through this package, you can also choose to visit La Lola Tapas Bar for authentic Spanish tapas and wines. The meal includes a glass of sangria, two tapas, wine pairing, and dessert.
Stay in Style at The Walper Hotel
After a satisfying meal, we strolled over to The Walper Hotel, a boutique historic hotel in the heart of downtown Kitchener. The location was super convenient, allowing us to walk everywhere. Our room was a perfect blend of quirky charm and modern comfort, with thoughtful touches like organic hand soap and super comfy robes.
The next morning, we enjoyed breakfast at Barristers Lounge, rounding off our stay with a delicious meal in a cozy setting.

The cost is $389.00 per person/double occupancy, and the price includes tips. Reservations must be made for a minimum of two people and a maximum of four people. Check the package booking site for single occupancy pricing.
