Explore Waterloo Region’s Sport Hosting Office invites you to the 2024 Waterloo Region Athlete of the Year Awards
at the Conrad Centre for the Performing Arts on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025 from 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm. 

Join us as we reflect on the journey of the KW & Area Athlete of the Year Awards, highlight our new brand, and spotlight the exciting athletic achievements by local athletes throughout 2024. 

From 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm, enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar during cocktail hour at the Conrad Centre. 

After the formal proceedings and awards ceremony, we invite guests to join us at Bobby O’Brien’s for an after-social to celebrate our nominees and recipients. The Sport Hosting Office will be sponsoring drink tickets and food during this part of the event.
