Combining elements from yoga for healthy aging, VON Gentle exercise, and Osteoporosis Canada BoneFit guidelines, this trauma informed therapeutic class promotes mobility, flexibility, and strength, ensuring that you can enjoy the benefits of yoga at any stage of life.
