Welcome to Winterloo! An annual, free festival for all ages that is run by the City of Waterloo’s arts and culture team, Create Waterloo.
Enjoy winter-themed activities in uptown Waterloo on Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Activities will include meeting the snow dogs, ice carving, snow sculptures, winter activities and much more!
