About the Intercounty Baseball League (IBL) The Intercounty Baseball League (IBL) was formed in 1919 with Kitchener being one of the founding teams. The league has teams comprised of former professional and college players from North America and beyond. Each year\, teams in this league play a regular season of 36 games from early May to late July. During the month of August\, the IBL playoffs consist of a best-of-seven series\, leading up to the finals being played on or about Labour Day.In 2019\, the Kitchener Panthers placed 2nd overall in the IBL regular season. In the playoffs\, the Panthers defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs in Round 1 and the Hamilton Cardinals in Round 2\, but fell to the Barrie Baycats in the IBL Finals.

DESCRIPTION:Learn how to make a leather tote bag from start to finish in a hands-on\, beginner-friendly workshop. This class takes place in my workshop in St. Jacobs\, where you’ll be guided through each step — from cutting and layout to hand-stitching\, attaching handles\, and finishing details. No experience is necessary\, and all tools and materials are provided. You’ll be able to choose from a range of leather colours\, strap options\, and hardware finishes to create something that suits your style. There are also a few handle styles to choose from\, including fixed-length and adjustable options\, and you can adjust the size of your tote as needed. This is a practical\, small-group class focused on learning by doing. You’ll leave with a finished tote bag and a clear understanding of how it’s made.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a Kitchener Panthers game versus Chatham-Kent Barnstormers at Jack Couch Park.The Intercounty Baseball League (IBL) was formed in 1919 with Kitchener being one of the founding teams. The league has teams comprised of former professional and college players from North America and beyond. Each year\, teams in this league play a regular season of 36 games from early May to late July. During the month of August\, the IBL playoffs consist of a best-of-seven series\, leading up to the finals being played on or about Labour Day.In 2019\, the Kitchener Panthers placed 2nd overall in the IBL regular season. In the playoffs\, the Panthers defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs in Round 1 and the Hamilton Cardinals in Round 2\, but fell to the Barrie Baycats in the IBL Finals.
