SUMMARY:Intuitive Doodling
DESCRIPTION:  In this 2-hour workshop with Claudia Lambert\, participants will explore intuitive doodling/art on watercolour paper\, using flowing ink lines and watercolour washes. Through gentle instruction and reflective pauses\, you’ll create organic forms that mirror the mind’s natural pattern-making\, supporting integration between cognitive awareness and emotional experience. No art experience is needed—only curiosity and openness. This practice is meditative rather than technical: repetitive line\, colour blending\, and mindful attention invite calm\, reduce mental noise\, and help surface and transform emotions in a safe\, nonverbal way. The lines may be tiny\, but the room to breathe enormous! You’ll leave with a finished artwork and a simple process you can return to for self-regulation and creative renewal.    This workshop is one of eight in the Making it Tiny Workshops Series by the new Tiny Ass Art Gallery in St. Jacobs. Tiny Ass Art Gallery is a collective of local women artists where art focusses on the idea of tiny in all aspects. Details to Note: Located at Neruda Arts in St. Jacobs. You’ll receive an email 1 week prior to your workshop regarding directions and parking. Wheelchair accessible via elevator. For ages 12 years +. Maximum of 15 spaces. All supplies are provided.
