Well\, we have a bunch of goats on site in our Doon Heritage Village’s Forest doing an amazing job of removing invasive buckthorn without the use of any chemicals! We have special baby goats on site that you can touch and interact with while you learn about prescribed grazing and how cute goats are! Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your slotted time\, to make your way down towards the Village. Ticket includes admission to the Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum (note that Doon Heritage Village will reopen to the public on June 1\, 2026!). ​This event has timed-entry tickets\, with start times at every half hour beginning at 10:00am until 3:30pm.
