DESCRIPTION:  Step aboard Waterloo Central Railway and spend a memorable journey with Dad!  You’ll enjoy a nostalgic countryside escape paired with a delicious and hearty lunch. As the train gently rolls through scenic farmland\, enjoy a thoughtfully crafted lunch featuring fresh\, locally inspired ingredients. Appetizer-  Classic Caesar Salad Main Dish – Choice of One:Glazed BBQ Half Rack of Ribs (GF)Tender ribs brushed with house BBQ glaze\, served with a twice-baked potato\, grilled corn on the cob\, and grilled asparagus.ORHearty Stuffed Pepper (GF)Pepper filled with seasoned rice\, garden vegetables\, and lentils\, served alongside grilled corn on the cob and perfectly grilled asparagus. Dessert New York–style cheesecake\, rich and velvety\, topped with sweet strawberry compote.Brewed coffee and a selection of teas served with dessert.
