DESCRIPTION:Kick-off Summer Break with us at Schneider Haus! Campers start their day in our exclusive Makerspace and Discovery space to kick off a day of awesome programming. Programming provides a mix of free and structured play\, allowing children to explore\, create\, build\, dig\, discover\, and make new friends. Campers must bring a lunch and snacks. Food will not be provided. Please ensure your child is dressed for the weather! Age range: Children from 5 to 11 years old. Times: Drop off – 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. & Pick up – 4:00 to 4:30 p.m. Cost: $65 per day per child We are unable to accommodate earlier drop off times or later pick up times.NOTE TO ALL PARENTS/ CAREGIVERS: Our camp is designed to provide group programming with a high ratio of campers to staff. Our staff are trained for general camper support\, not specialized 1:1 care. For children requiring consistent physical assistance or intensive behavioral support\, this includes but not limited to sensory\, behavioral\, physical or verbal aggression\, fleeing/elopement\, or inability to participate\, parents may need to arrange for their own private support worker\, as our program isn’t equipped to provide this level of care.

DESCRIPTION:ANNUAL FISHING DERBY: Registration opens at 7:45a.m. Starts at 8a.m. until 10a.m. A tradition that has always been a great way to kick off the celebrations.   CANADA DAY PARADE: Starts at 11a.m. for approximately 1 hour. The parade begins at the corner of King St. and Bishop St. The parade will travel along King St. towards/ending at Eagle St.   RIVERSIDE PARK  ACTIVITIES (12:00PM – 9:30PM): Join us at Riverside Park for various family fun activities including: – Live music entertainment on the main stage  – Axe Throwing.  – Inflatable Obstacle Course. – Dunk Tank. – Children’s Area from 12p.m.-6p.m.  – Hot air balloon rides. – Marketplace vendors. – Food trucks and so much more!   CANADA DAY FIREWORKS DISPLAY (10:00PM or Dusk):  Don’t miss our annual Canada Day firework display. Bring a lawn chair or blanket and grab a spot in the park to enjoy the show. The park and surrounding area gets busy so please consider options to carpool and take public transportation.
