This event is produced and hosted by Sasha Tease\, but the true stars of the night are the next generation of Drag Performers who are ready to show you what they got. So grab your friends and your $5s\, come out to AOK on May 17th\, and make the performers feel like the superstars that they are! This show will have drag perfomances from: Papa Razzi\, Shirley A. Mann\, Lady HD\, Sasha Tease\, and more. Drag is a multifacited art form and the best way to master it\, is to practice it\, and that is what we are here for. DESCRIPTION:Get creative with glass! Make your choice of a coaster OR window hanging. Each ticket includes 1 kiln-fired glass item. Our instructor will give a brief lesson on fused glass\, and the rest of the time is yours to create a one-of-a-kind artwork! Get creative with colour and texture to create a unique\, functional piece of art. During the workshop\, please photograph your artwork so you can identify it when it comes out of the kiln.  Artwork Pickup + Kiln Firing:Items will be kiln fired after the workshop by our team of studio technicians. You will be emailed 4-6 weeks after the workshop when items are ready for pick up. You can also check our website here to see if your pieces are ready to be picked up. Groups with children:Children aged 10-14 are welcome to attend the workshop as long as they are accompanied by an adult who also has a ticket. 1 adult can bring up to 2 children (all must have a ticket).

In her talk\, Open Heart\, Open Mind\, Clara shares a powerful and personal story beyond her athletic success. After early Olympic experiences\, she faced severe depression — hidden beneath the pressures of elite sport. Her journey toward healing became central to her return to competition and her life’s purpose. The only athlete in Olympic history to win multiple medals in both the Summer and Winter Games\, Clara has represented Canada in both cycling and speed skating. She proudly served as Team Canada’s flag-bearer at the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Winter Games.
