SUMMARY:SOUND BATH - GONG-LED YOGIC REST
DESCRIPTION:Settle into deep rest through a gentle combination of guided yogic rest and immersive gong resonance. Inspired by the inward turning of pratyahara and the traditional practice of yogic sleep\, this experience invites you to move beyond effort and simply rest — allowing the body to soften while maintaining a quiet\, wakeful awareness. The session begins with supported rest and guided awareness before gradually opening into a gong immersion. The sounds and vibrations become a space to rest within\, without needing to follow\, achieve\, or do anything. This is an invitation to experience rest without sleep\, stillness without withdrawal\, and awareness without needing to engage with thought or content. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is required. Especially suited to those seeking deep physical rest\, nervous system down-regulation\, or a quieter relationship with the body and mind.

SUMMARY:SOUND & SILENCE - GONG RESONANCE JOURNEY
DESCRIPTION:As sound arises and dissolves\, there is always a moment of silence waiting beneath it. Silence of the Gong is an immersive Sound & Resonance Circle held under the energy of the full moon\, inviting you to explore that space between sound and silence. Through a carefully held journey of gong resonance\, stillness\, and deep listening\, the experience invites the body to soften and awareness to settle — allowing the sounds to be felt rather than followed. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere to arrive. Simply an opportunity to pause\, listen\, receive\, and experience what emerges when we become quiet enough to notice. The evening closes with rose tea and dates\, offering space to gently return\, connect\, share\, or simply remain in quiet reflection. No prior experience is required. Especially suited to those seeking a deeper sound experience\, a moment of stillness\, or an opportunity to reconnect with themselves through listening and presence.
