SUMMARY:Sound Bath Circle - Gong-Led Yogic Rest
DESCRIPTION:Inspired by yogic rest and the inward turning of pratyahara\, this experience invites you into a deeply relaxed\, aware state where the body softens and attention gently turns inward. We begin with a guided somatic meditation\, including intention setting (sankalpa) and a gentle rotation of consciousness. This prepares the body and mind to settle\, creating the conditions for true rest without losing awareness. The second half unfolds into a boundless gong immersion\, where layered resonance supports the body in releasing effort while the mind remains quietly present.   This practice offers a space to:   – rest deeply while staying aware   – disengage from habitual patterns of identification   – experience awareness without content   It is the space between wakefulness and sleep\, where doing fades\, yet awareness remains.   We close in stillness\, allowing the experience to integrate naturally.   Facilitated by Layla Haroon Sound Resonance Practitioner (RYT)   What to bring: blanket for comfort   (all other props are provided)
