SUMMARY:Intuitive Doodling
DESCRIPTION:In this 2-hour guided workshop\, participants will explore intuitive doodling/art on watercolour paper\, using flowing ink lines and watercolour washes. Through gentle instruction and reflective pauses\, you’ll create organic forms that mirror the mind’s natural pattern-making\, supporting integration between cognitive awareness and emotional experience. No art experience is needed—only curiosity and openness. This practice is meditative rather than technical: repetitive line\, colour blending\, and mindful attention invite calm\, reduce mental noise\, and help surface and transform emotions in a safe\, nonverbal way. The lines may be tiny\, but the room to breathe enormous! You will leave with a finished artwork and a simple process you can return to for self-regulation and creative renewal.   This workshop is one in a series of 8 workshops developed by some of the artists from the new Tiny Ass Art Gallery in St. Jacobs. Details to Note: This workshop takes place at Neruda Arts in St. Jacobs. You will be sent an email 1 week prior to your workshop to share directions and parking instructions.Neruda Arts is wheelchair accessible (via elevator). This workshop is for people 12 years +.There are a maximum of 15 spaces in this workshop. All supplies are included in your workshop fee.
