SUMMARY:Kriya Yoga meditation program - Beginners welcome | Kitchener - Waterloo
DESCRIPTION:It is with gratitude and joy that we announce that Kriyayoga Master\, Guruji Swami Shree Yogi Satyam will be conducting a special Kriyayoga Meditation program for the Yog Fellowship Temple congregation beginning Tuesday\, September 15th at 7:00 pm Eastern Time. From September 16th – 27th\, classes will be held twice daily at 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. Each session will be approximately an hour to an hour and a half long. On Sunday mornings\, class will begin at 10:00 am\, aligning with our regular Sunday Kriyayoga morning service. All classes will be conducted in English\, with the program progressing throughout the two weeks. The classes will be connected to sessions all over the world including Geneva\, Paris\, Morocco (North Africa)\, San Diego\, California and Australia. Let us come together in congregation to learn and practice Kriyayoga Meditation under the guidance of our Divine Guruji. When we practice together with sincerity\, we experience the power of transformation – within ourselves\, our communities\, and the world around us. DESCRIPTION:The featured artworks reflect a wide range of material and conceptual concerns shaping contemporary artistic practice. SUMMARY:Kriya Yoga meditation program - Beginners welcome | Kitchener - Waterloo
DESCRIPTION:It is with gratitude and joy that we announce that Kriyayoga Master\, Guruji Swami Shree Yogi Satyam will be conducting a special Kriyayoga Meditation program for the Yog Fellowship Temple congregation beginning Tuesday\, September 15th at 7:00 pm Eastern Time. From September 16th – 27th\, classes will be held twice daily at 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. Each session will be approximately an hour to an hour and a half long. On Sunday mornings\, class will begin at 10:00 am\, aligning with our regular Sunday Kriyayoga morning service. All classes will be conducted in English\, with the program progressing throughout the two weeks. The classes will be connected to sessions all over the world including Geneva\, Paris\, Morocco (North Africa)\, San Diego\, California and Australia. Let us come together in congregation to learn and practice Kriyayoga Meditation under the guidance of our Divine Guruji. Journaling As it is common for insight and clarity to come during conscious breathwork\, we will integrate the experience by journaling any thoughts\, feelings\, emotions\, visions or downloads experienced during the session. SUMMARY:Next In Fibre: Fibreworks 2026
DESCRIPTION:The featured artworks reflect a wide range of material and conceptual concerns shaping contemporary artistic practice. Artists draw on the historical and cultural labour embedded in textiles to imagine Black and Métis futures\, explore fibre as an everyday material that can serve as a conduit for activism and poetry\, and experiment with the integration of photography and realism into fibre-based forms.   This exhibition was juried by Suzanne Carte (Artistic Director\, Art Gallery of Burlington) and Maria Hupfield (Artist; Assistant Professor\, University of Toronto) with Cambridge Art Galleries staff.  Featured Artists AJA Louden · Ava Katz · Christy Kunitzky · Eva Kolcze · Ioana Dragomir · Margaret Firlotte · Maria-Margaretta Cabana Boucher · Négar Devine-Tajgardan · Sky Weir · Tara Lynn MacDougall

DESCRIPTION:Join Grand River Karate on Saturday\, September 19 from 9:30 am to 10:30am for a FREE trial class at Mary Allan Park in Waterloo (95 Allen St E\, Waterloo\, ON N2J 1J5). Please kindly arrive 10 minutes early.   Bring the family! Participants are welcome from 8 years old and up.   What to wear: Comfortable shoes\, and comfortable clothing\,   What to bring: Water and sunscreen if it’s sunny\, your enthusiasm and your karate spirit!   Weather note: If we experience inclement weather\, the class will move indoors to our dojo\, located just across the park at St. Louis Auditorium\, 77 Willow Street\, Waterloo.   Come join us\, have some fun\, and try something new!
