SUMMARY:Kriya Yoga meditation program - Beginners welcome | Kitchener - Waterloo
DESCRIPTION:It is with gratitude and joy that we announce that Kriyayoga Master\, Guruji Swami Shree Yogi Satyam will be conducting a special Kriyayoga Meditation program for the Yog Fellowship Temple congregation beginning Tuesday\, September 15th at 7:00 pm Eastern Time. From September 16th – 27th\, classes will be held twice daily at 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. Each session will be approximately an hour to an hour and a half long. On Sunday mornings\, class will begin at 10:00 am\, aligning with our regular Sunday Kriyayoga morning service. All classes will be conducted in English\, with the program progressing throughout the two weeks. The classes will be connected to sessions all over the world including Geneva\, Paris\, Morocco (North Africa)\, San Diego\, California and Australia. Let us come together in congregation to learn and practice Kriyayoga Meditation under the guidance of our Divine Guruji. When we practice together with sincerity\, we experience the power of transformation – within ourselves\, our communities\, and the world around us. DESCRIPTION:It is with gratitude and joy that we announce that Kriyayoga Master\, Guruji Swami Shree Yogi Satyam will be conducting a special Kriyayoga Meditation program for the Yog Fellowship Temple congregation beginning Tuesday\, September 15th at 7:00 pm Eastern Time. From September 16th – 27th\, classes will be held twice daily at 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. Each session will be approximately an hour to an hour and a half long. On Sunday mornings\, class will begin at 10:00 am\, aligning with our regular Sunday Kriyayoga morning service. All classes will be conducted in English\, with the program progressing throughout the two weeks. The classes will be connected to sessions all over the world including Geneva\, Paris\, Morocco (North Africa)\, San Diego\, California and Australia. Let us come together in congregation to learn and practice Kriyayoga Meditation under the guidance of our Divine Guruji. DESCRIPTION:An intentional afternoon to slow down\, reconnect with yourself\, and experience the power of healing in community. This is a thoughtfully curated experience where you’ll explore practices that support nervous system regulation\, holistic wellness\, and meaningful connection. What You Can Expect: A welcoming opening circle to ground into the day together Time to connect with our carefully curated community partners and learn about their work — including massage therapy\, life coaching\, meditation\, intuitive eating\, functional nutrition\, personal training\,  Reiki\, body-mind practices\, and mental health support Guided group experiences including yoga\, breathwork\, sound healing\, group-led facial lymphatic massage\, and conscious dance Nourishing food and an alcohol-free functional beverage station\, generously provided by Ananda Elixirs A closing circle and a thoughtfully curated gift bag to take home What to Bring: Please dress comfortably to move\, and bring a yoga mat for our movement portions and an eye mask for the sound bath.
