SUMMARY:Why Founders Waste Months on the Wrong Decisions and How to Avoid It

The session is designed for founders\, students\, startup operators\, and project builders interested in entrepreneurship\, innovation\, commercialization\, and applied decision-making. Participants will learn how to recognize common decision traps\, separate real market signals from polite feedback\, and think more clearly about what to test before building\, selling\, or scaling further.
