SUMMARY:UK CALLING Canada's Alternative 80's Show
DESCRIPTION:Discover why UK Calling has become one of Ontario’s fastest-growing live music events. Every UK Calling show in 2026 has sold out. Now\, the band brings its full-force New Wave night to Waterloo for an evening built on sweat\, swagger\, and the sound that defined a generation. All live. No wigs. No backing tracks. No Bon Jovi. If you grew up blasting CFNY\, flipping vinyl at Sam the Record Man\, or dancing under strobe lights in a pair of Docs — this one’s for you. Expect the essential UK anthems: The Cure. The Clash. Joy Division. Tears for Fears. The Specials. Simple Minds. Madness. Led by the magnetic Peter James Fox\, UK Calling delivers the sound and spirit of 1980s Britain with grit\, energy\, and zero shortcuts. This isn’t nostalgia. It’s a New Wave resurgence. If you’re coming\, don’t wait.

SUMMARY:Breathwork Circle
DESCRIPTION:Breathwork Conscious Connected Breathing is a form of intentional breathing that allows the individual to shift their physiological state. In this state you may experience feelings of bliss\, increased self-awareness\, valuable insight\, emotional release\, and a deep sense of connection with the world and others in it. Journaling As it is common for insight and clarity to come during conscious breathwork\, we will integrate the experience by journaling any thoughts\, feelings\, emotions\, visions or downloads experienced during the session. Sharing Sharing with the group is encouraged (but not required) and assists with integrating the experience. The focus of this integration will be to allow for honest and vulnerable connection in a safe environment.

Equal parts mid-90s hip-hop groove\, arena-rock Eddie Van Halen solos\, and late-night FM radio nostalgia. Can you spell virtuosic? Because they sure can’t\, but they play like it anyway.
