SUMMARY:Pottery Workshop: Handmade Ceramic Diwali Diyas
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the festival of lights by handbuilding your own ceramic lamps! In this hands-on pottery workshop\, you’ll shape and carve your own diyas\, with the option to add traditional symbols like Shree\, Om\, and the Swastik\, or personalize your piece with your own designs. Use it as a diya on its own or as a diya holder\, ready to glow warmly with a candle or tea light. No pottery experience needed and no cultural background required\, just curiosity and a willingness to get your hands a little messy. Unlike disposable clay diyas\, these are made to last\, a one of a kind piece made by your own hands that you can bring out every year to light up your mandir\, home altar\, or festive tablescape. Your finished piece will be professionally glazed and kiln-fired in our studio\, ready for pickup in two weeks. Create. Carve. Celebrate.

This Halloween\, Smartizen is turning learning into a spooky little adventure. This is a timed event\, 1h long\, starting every hour from 10am to 4pm. Kids will explore a mix of sensory play\, creative riddles\, and Halloween surprises designed for curious little hands and brave little minds. For infants\, parents stay and join the fun with gentle sensory activities like our spider discovery box and squishy pumpkin play. Come curious. Get a little messy. Leave with a spooky tattoo\, happy memories\, and probably a story about the worms. 🎃👻Costumes are welcome\, but not required. Spaces are limited due to our small-group format.

SUMMARY:The da Vinci Dialogues ft. Professor Suzanne Kearns
DESCRIPTION:More than five centuries after Leonardo da Vinci imagined machines that could carry people into the sky\, his work continues to show young people that aviation begins with curiosity\, creativity\, and the courage to imagine what does not yet exist. In this Dialogue\, Dr. Suzanne Kearns will connect da Vinci’s enduring legacy with the opportunity to inspire and support the next generation of aviation professionals. She will explore how education\, mentorship\, accessible pathways\, and collaboration can help young people discover the many possibilities within aviation and prepare them to shape a safer\, more sustainable\, and inclusive future for flight. As aviation enters a period of extraordinary transformation\, da Vinci’s example reminds us that its future will be created by those who are given the knowledge\, encouragement\, and freedom to dream.
