Two lovers of the culinary and hospitality industry, Ed, a cook, and Dulce, a bartender, met while working at one of the finest restaurants in downtown Toronto. When their small family started growing, they took the plunge and moved out of the big city and into KW, where they continued to work in hospitality. Dulce went on to become the General Manager of one of KW’s best diners and Ed, Kitchen Manager in one of Waterloo’s best known pubs.
With over 20 years experience in the restaurant industry, they pride themselves in great customer service and quality food and continued to thrive when they decided to follow their once big-city dreams, and in the footsteps of many culinary professionals and build their first food truck in the summer of 2013. Five years later, they opened up a restaurant!
To this day, Ed and Dulce pride themselves on creating delicious, locally sourced, high-quality food. Their large menu ranging from some of the best juiciest burgers, to hot off the grill bacon and eggs, not forgetting the slow roasted pulled pork sandwiches, it is simply comfort food at its best.
