The Centre for Culinary and Hospitality Innovation offers a wide range of programs and courses in hospitality, culinary, and baking. An exclusive agreement with the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance, France – the leading global network of education excellence for culinary arts and the hospitality trades – allows students to do a coop term in France or further their studies at the Institut.
Hospitality programs offered include Culinary Management, Baking and Pastry Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism Management, Event Management, Bartending and Mixology, Food Service Worker, Professional Cheese Making and a variety of short general interest and industry courses.
