S&V was founded in 2018 and started on Lancaster Street in Kitchener by Jill & Mica Sadler. Starting out with a focus on charcuterie and tapas style dishes with a creative cocktail program and dedication to exceptional guest experience. Their talented team shares a passion for ingredients and creating a dining experience like no other. In 2021 S&V moved locations to Uptown Waterloo, largely expanding their footprint in the city but sticking to their core values and their mission to provide the most excellent dining experience for guests through creative dishes, a one of a kind wine program & innovative cocktails.
