The Waterloo Central Railway is a non-profit heritage short line railway operating between Northfield Dr., Waterloo, the St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market, the Village of St. Jacobs, and the town of Elmira, just outside of Waterloo, Ontario Canada.
WCR is operated by the Southern Ontario Locomotive Restoration Society, a non-profit charitable organization made up of volunteers dedicated to the preservation, restoration, and operation of vintage railway equipment.
