Wilfrid Laurier University Athletics is home to several state of the art athletic facilties, including:
University Stadium – renovated in 2007, the stadium saw an overhaul in layout and now provides expanded common areas, changeroom and therapy facilities, a gymnasium, a track and Knight-Newbrough Field; equipped for 6,500 seated specatators with a state of the art lighting system and scoreboard.
The Athletic Complex offers a three-court gymnasium (capcity for 2,197 spectators), 6-lane Olympic length swimming pool, premier fitness centre, multipurpose studios, rock climbing wall, changerooms, therapy space and four international squash courts. Alumni Field (full size soccer pitch with artificial turf) is located next to the Athletic Complex and offers access to all athletic facilities.
Wilfrid Laurier University is well equipped to handle off-the field of play event needs as well through their Conference Services and Hotel Laurier, providing accommodation options in dormitory and apartment style spaces.
