For many, a visit to a corn maze or pumpkin patch is definitely a fall ‘To-Do’!

Pumpkin Patches/Farms in Waterloo Region
Snyder’s Farm – Bright, ON
Although you need an advance ticket to access all of the attractions at Snyder’s Family Farm, there’s no ticket needed to visit their 16 acre Pumpkin Patch! Wander through the fields, and find a pumpkin that’s just perfect for your fall décor, or your Halloween Jack-o-lantern!
If you want to extend the fun, purchase a 2-hour Unlimited Attraction Visit ticket and enjoy all of the attractions at Snyder’s including the animal barnyard, jumping pillow, giant peddle cart track, and so much more! There’s also the Campfire experience, which includes a private campfire space, and a hot dog and s’more roasting kit.
Open weekends beginning September 6th from 10 am until 6 pm. Beginning September 27th Snyders in open until 7 pm some nights, and during October they are even open some weekdays – check the website for more details.
Downey’s Apple Farm – Breslau, ON
Don’t let the name fool you! Yes, you can pick your own apples at Downey’s – but you can also pick your own pumpkin! They also have some prepicked pumpkins available.
You can also try your hand at pumpkin bowling, take a wagon ride, do a flower walk, and the kids can burn off some energy at Farmer Downey’s Play Field! Open every day (except Tuesday) from 10 am to 5 pm..
Benjamin Tree Farm – Waterloo, ON
Most people know Benjamin’s as the Christmas tree place. But come fall, they’re also a pumpkin place!
With over 15,000 square feet of playground space for the kids, 40+ local vendors offering handmade items and seasonal décor, and of course, lots of pumpkins — Benjamin Farm is looking forward to creating new fall memories for families around the region.
This year’s pumpkin season runs from September 13th to October 31st, 2025.
Herrles Country Farm Market – St. Agatha, ON
Although Herrles is probably best known for their strawberries and corn, they also grow 225 acres of other vegetable and fruit crops – including lots of pumpkins!
Big, little, decorative or pie pumpkins – Herrles has them all! While you’re there, you can also fill up your cart with an assortment of fall fruits and vegetables, not to mention some fresh from the oven treats from their bakery!
TJ’s Farm Fresh – Cambridge, ON
When it comes to pumpkins, TJ’s offers every shape, size and colour imaginable! They also have gourds, mums, straw and hay bales for fall decorating.
Open 10 am to 6 pm daily until Halloween.
Good Family Farm Pumpkins – Waterloo, ON
What started as a small, family roadside stand in 1994 has grown into a busy fall harvest farm! At Good Family Farm they grow 26 varieties of squash, 21 varieties of pumpkins and 10 varieties of gourds to satisfy the many diverse tastes and decorating needs of their customers.
Open 9:00 am-7:00 pm Monday to Saturday, and 9:00 am-6:00 pm Sunday from September 12th until October 31st, 2025.
Fall Harvest Farm – Wellesley, ON
Everywhere you look at Fall Harvest Farm, the ground and farm wagons are full of pumpkins of all different shapes and sizes! There are also gourds, squash and lots of other fall decorating items. They also have a big produce building, where you can pick up fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables, décor, jams, maple syrup, honey and much more.
Open 10 am-6pm Tuesday to Sunday (closed Mondays).
Corn Mazes in Waterloo Region
Snyders Farm – Bright, ON
Get ready to test your navigation skills, as you head through Snyder’s 5-acre corn maze! Your Fall Farm Experience ticket also lets you take in all of the other activities at the farm – it’s lots of fun for the entire family!

Shuh Orchards – West Montrose, ON
While Shuh Orchards is best known as the place to go in the fall to pick your own apples, they also offer lots of new activities – including their new corm maze!
This one-of-a-kind corn maze invites you to either race to the finish (challenge your friends!), or, simply lose yourself as you enjoy a leisurely walk through the corn. Afterwards, take a guided wagon ride through the orchards, say hi to the animals at the petting zoo, pick your favourite type of apple – and be sure and grab a few selfies along the way too!
Shuh Orchards is open Monday to Saturday from 9am – 7pm and Sundays from 10am to 7pm.
Downey’s Apple Farm – Breslau, ON
Downey’s has expanded it’s fall offerings at its Breslau farm location. Along with pick your own apples and pumpkins, you can test your navigational skills at their new Corn Maze! Gather the gang together and get ready for a day full of fall fun!
Open every day (except Tuesday) from 10 am to 5 pm..
Benjamin Tree Farm – Waterloo, ON
Along with all of the other farm activities that are included in your ticket price, kids can make their way through the Towering Stalks Kiddie Corn Maze to find three fall-time friends.
