2026 Spring Open House & Fundraiser
Join us for the Button Factory Art Centre’s 2026 Open House!
We are pleased to announce our upcoming Open House on Saturday, May 9th! Bloom & Grow will feature a variety of drop-in crafts and performances available hourly throughout the day.
We will be running programs from 2 pm – 9:30 pm, with a focus on kid-friendly activities from 2 pm – 4 pm including paper bouquets and friendship bracelets. For adults, there will be an opportunity to bid on a silent auction and check out some historical archival material of our building. There will also be a variety of activities such as printmaking and earring-making, and ongoing crafts to partake in all day long, including a community mural, collaging, and cyanotypes if weather permits.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Bookmarks are sewn on a sewing machine which may not be suitable for younger kids. Activities are available on a drop-in basis in their time slots. Please arrive to a station no later than 15 minutes before it ends.
All crafts are free to the public but donations are greatly appreciated in our ongoing project to build a theatre 💛
