Grand River Film Festival – “The Last Assassins”

The 18th annual Grand River Film Festival continues the tradition of bringing the best local, Canadian, and international features and shorts to Waterloo, Kitchener, and Cambridge. For 2026, GRFF will screen 5 feature films and 27 shorts across the Tri-Cities.
May 30 – The Last Assassins
After her father is brutally murdered by a gang of assassins, a young warrior and her guardian set out through a violent dystopian future on a quest for revenge and a reckoning with her surviving family.
