Harry Manx Returns to the Playhouse Cinema with Special Guests Clayton Doley & Kevin Breit

One of Canada’s most revered and distinctive musical voices brings his world-renowned live show back to the Playhouse Cinema this September to play his brand new album Falling Upwards.

A seven-time Maple Blues Award winner, Manx has also received six Juno Award nominations throughout his celebrated career. Known as the “Mysticssippi” blues man, Manx creates a unique sound that brings together the traditions of blues and Indian classical music.

Manx’s live performances feature an extraordinary range of instruments, including slide guitar, harmonica, banjo, and the remarkable Mohan veena, a 20-stringed instrument taught to him by Indian master Vishwa Mohan Bhatt.
