Hearts & Blooms: A Mixed‑Media Collage Workshop

In this hands-on, 2-hour workshop with Kelly Dunnington, you’ll experiment with Gelli-plate printing to make colourful, textured collage papers. You’ll then use your handmade papers to build a layered mixed‑media artwork perfect for upcoming Mother’s Day (or for any occasion)!

If you have old pieces of music or writing that is meaningful to you, be sure to bring them to personalize your artwork.

This workshop is one of eight in the Making it Tiny Workshops Series developed by some of the artists at the new Tiny Ass Art Gallery in St. Jacobs. Tiny Ass Art Gallery is a collective of 15 local women artists where art focusses on the idea of tiny in both scale and subject matter.

Details to note:

• This workshop takes place at Neruda Arts in St. Jacobs. You’ll receive an email a week prior to your workshop regarding directions and parking.
  
• Neruda Arts is wheelchair accessible (via elevator).
  
• For ages 12 years +.
  
• Maximum of 15 students.
  
• All supplies are included in your workshop other than what you may wish to bring from home.
