Liquid Lead: Fluidity in Music and Movement

An evening of music and dance based on the TedTalk – “Liquid Lead: Ballroom dance that breaks gender roles”. Featuring dancers Trevor Copp and Jeff Fox and music by the KWS String Quartet, this event

Trevor and Jeff perform latin/ballroom dance while exchanging who is leading mid-dance to step away from the traditional ‘men lead, women follow’ while the KW Symphony musicians provide the soundtrack. The evening will begin with their Ted Talk live, with demonstrating throughout, followed by a performance and workshop so you can learn to Liquid Lead, too!
