12:30 p.m. | Arrival & Welcome
Gather in one of our private meeting rooms for coffee, tea, and water service before beginning the first seminar. Enjoy a taste of freshly baked sourdough bread with butter and mushroom soup as Reynard introduces the wonders of fungi.
2:00 p.m. | Foraging Walk
Head outdoors for a guided exploration of the Langdon Hall grounds, where you’ll learn to identify local mushroom varieties and discover the important role they play in our ecosystem.
3:15 p.m. | Second Seminar Sweets & Refreshments
Return indoors for a seasonally inspired lunch. Following the meal, dive deeper into mushroom knowledge with a second seminar, highlighting cultivation, medicinal and health benefits, and sustainable mushroom farming at Langdon Hall.
4:45 p.m. | Departure
Conclude your experience with a special take-home mushroom kit, allowing you to continue your foraging journey from home.
