Discover the beauty of peonies through this immersive 2½-day oil painting workshop with Yelena Lamm in Kitchener. “Art Beyond Petals: Painting Peonies from Life” invites artists of all skill levels to explore expressive floral painting using fresh peony arrangements as inspiration.
Workshop highlights include:

• Live painting demonstrations, including a special Friday evening session

• Hands-on instruction focused on brushwork, color, light, and composition

• One-on-one guidance tailored to each participant’s experience level

• Techniques for simplifying floral forms while creating movement and atmosphere

• A welcoming environment for both experienced painters and enthusiastic beginners

Participants will work primarily in oils using a limited floral palette while developing their own artistic voice and style.
Event Schedule:

• Friday, June 19: Demonstration (5:30 PM – 8:00 PM)

• Saturday & Sunday, June 20–21: Full Workshop (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Students are asked to bring their own painting supplies.
