Petrykivka Christmas Ornament Workshop

Discover the beauty of Ukrainian folk art at the Petrykivka Christmas Ornament Workshop with artist Olena Chorna. In this hands-on, three-hour workshop, participants will learn the traditional Petrykivka painting style, known for its vibrant colours and delicate floral designs.

With step-by-step guidance, you’ll practise traditional brushstrokes to create flowers and leaves before applying your new skills to a Christmas ornament of your own. All materials are provided, and participants will leave with a unique, hand-painted ornament to treasure or display during the holiday season.

No prior painting experience is needed. This creative workshop is a wonderful opportunity to explore Ukrainian cultural heritage while creating a meaningful, handmade holiday keepsake.
