Samhain (Hallowe’en) Ceili- Irish Social Dance
All ages welcome. Samhain is the ancient Celtic origins of Hallowe’en and the time of year when the division between this world and the otherworld was at its thinnest, allowing spirits to pass through. For hundreds of years, people have been dressing in disguise (now costumes) to confuse the spirits. We highly encourage attendees to dress up and enjoy the traditions of Samhain with us!
Kids’ ceili at 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm, as well as traditional Samhain crafts!
Regular ceili starting at 8 p.m. with a break for Samhain storytelling with Ciaran Myers.
Enjoy delicious soup, fresh rolls, tasty concessions, and a fully stocked bar—all available for purchase!
The Grand River Ceili Band will play live as our caller walks you through the dances. Wear comfy shoes, bring a reusable water bottle, and get ready for some good craic!

Advance adult ticket $22, at door $30. Advance youth (5-17 yrs) $10, at door $14. Kids under 5 free.
