Step aboard our heritage train for a festive Thanksgiving dining experience as we journey through the picturesque countryside between St. Jacobs and Elmira. Settle into the elegant Heritage Lounge Car, where vintage charm meets cozy comfort.
Your journey begins with a warm welcome of spiced apple cider, followed by a seasonal spinach salad with cranberries and goat cheese, topped with our homemade honey mustard dressing.
For the main course, celebrate the flavors of the season with your choice of honey glazed ham, oven roasted turkey with stuffing & homemade gravy or Stuffed Acorn Squash (Vegan & Gluten-Free).
Finish the meal with a classic taste of fall – warm apple crumble, served with freshly brewed coffee and tea.
