Tiny Felted Scenes

In this 2-hour workshop by Carolyn Parks, you will needle felt 2-3 small pieces of 2-dimensional art (maximum 6″ x 6″ in size) on subjects of your own choosing! Finished pieces will be affixed to sanded cedar blocks for a unique display approach. All felting supplies and cedar blocks are included. The  cedar pieces are unfinished and you may stain them at home if you want a different colour finish.

This workshop is one of the workshops in the Making it Tiny Workshops Series by the new Tiny Ass Art Gallery in St. Jacobs – 8 artists will guide participants in different media, resulting in lovely small works to take home. Tiny Ass Art Gallery is a collective of 15 local women artists where art will focus on the idea of tiny both in scale and subject matter.

• This workshop takes place at Neruda Arts in St. Jacobs. You receive an email 1 week before  your workshop about directions and parking.
• Neruda Arts is wheelchair accessible (via elevator).
• This workshop is for people 12 years +.
• There are a maximum of 15 spaces in this workshop.
• All supplies are included in your workshop fee.
