TWINKLE | Theatre for children ages 0-6| DiSCoVeR| Waterloo

A new early-years performance that gently weaves together theatre, music, and imaginative play.

TWINKLE is a dream-like camping adventure, where everyday objects change into extraordinary worlds. A backpack reveals a pond, a grassland, a starlit sky; umbrellas turn into sparkling constellations; shadows start to dance, and simple objects transform into friendly companions.

With musicians ages 6–60, TWINKLE welcomes young audiences into a shared world of sound and imagination. The show moves easily between tenderness and joyful absurdity as our camper fishes for a star, sings under the night sky, awakens a sleepy sleeping bag, and parties with a Hot Dog. Children are invited into small, meaningful interactions: singing along with Twinkle Twinkle, rolling a ball, creating a shadow, or simply being present as this magical world unfolds around them. Nothing is required; everything is gently offered.
