Waterloo Region Athlete of the Year!
The 2025 Waterloo Region Athlete of the Year Awards celebrates the exceptional achievements of local athletes who have excelled on provincial, national, and international stages. Taking place on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Bingemans in Kitchener, the evening runs from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and brings together athletes, coaches, families, sport organizations, and community leaders for a memorable celebration. Awards will be presented in categories including Athlete of the Year and Outstanding Athletic Achievement, recognizing both elite competitors and emerging standouts who proudly represent the region.
