Wednesday Night Aperitivo – Fresh Pasta Cooking Masterclass featuring Odd Duck

Each masterclass begins with a couple of welcome snack selections from Odd Duck, followed by a chef-led demonstration. Feeling brave? Step up and get involved, there will be opportunities for guests to volunteer and participate in the cooking demonstration alongside the chef. 

And the experience doesn’t end when class does. Each guest will take home a packed portion of ingredients and prepped components to finish and enjoy the final dish at home, designed to serve two people.

Learn the art of making fresh orecchiette, paired with Odd Duck’s canned tomatoes in a simple, light tomato and pecorino sauce. We’ll finish the dish with fragrant herb oil and quick-pickled fennel for a bright, balanced plate.
