Wednesday Night Aperitivo – Polenta Cooking Masterclass

Each masterclass begins with a couple of welcome snack selections from Odd Duck, followed by a chef-led demonstration. Feeling brave? Step up and get involved, there will be opportunities for guests to volunteer and participate in the cooking demonstration alongside the chef. 

And the experience doesn’t end when class does. Each guest will take home a packed portion of ingredients and prepped components to finish and enjoy the final dish at home, designed to serve two people.

A rich and deeply satisfying Italian-inspired menu featuring saffron polenta, braised beef shank, and fresh gremolata. Discover how to build flavour through slow braising and finish the dish with the bright, herbaceous contrast of gremolata.
