Head uptown from 12 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, January 24th to watch award-winning ice carvers, take part in winter-themed activities, and explore all that uptown Waterloo’s winter culture has to offer.
Main festival locations include the Waterloo Public Square and Visitor Information Centre parking lot (which will be closed to public vehicles for the day).
