Through our new Welcome Experience Program, tour operators who choose to overnight in Waterloo Region at one of our participating travel trade accommodation partners will receive something special: a thoughtfully curated, locally inspired welcome gift delivered for every room booked.

Each gift is designed to showcase the character, creativity, and warmth of our region — a memorable touch that sets the tone for an exceptional stay. It’s our way of saying thank you for choosing Waterloo Region and for trusting us with your guests’ experience.

To participate in the Welcome Experience Program, the following parameters apply:

  • The group must be booked at a participating accommodation partner
  • The request form must be submitted at least 14 days prior to arrival

Let us help you create a first impression that feels personal, authentic, and unmistakably local.
