Experience live jazz in the heart of Uptown Waterloo with the Grand River Jazz Society (GRJS) at The Jazz Room, located inside the historic Huether Hotel.
From September through June, GRJS presents live performances every Friday and Saturday night, featuring an exciting mix of local, Canadian and international jazz artists. Visitors can also catch twice-monthly Soul and R&B performances and occasional Sunday matinees throughout the season.

The Grand River Jazz Society is a registered charity dedicated to supporting musicians and bringing outstanding live jazz to Waterloo Region. GRJS also hosts free Saturday Jazz Jams twice a month during its regular season, offering a lively opportunity to experience local talent and Waterloo Region’s music community.
