Nov. 6, 2019 – Appleflats Foods Inc., founded by brothers Glen and Alex Smyth of Wellesley Township, was featured as a signature local food business at the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto. Appleflats combines the tart juice crabapples with a little sugar to make a drink mixer and crabapple jelly.
