Each spring, our maple syrup producers craft the liquid gold that defines this time of year. Across the region, chefs, bakers and beverage makers transform locally produced maple syrup into inventive bites and sips worth planning a day around.

The Taste of Maple Trail brings those creations together in one delicious, self-guided journey. Use the map to find and savour more than 20 inspired culinary creations and maple-crafted beverages, each stop offering a new flavour and a fresh reason to explore. Like spring, these flavours are here for a limited time!
